These terms describe the expected use of the NilBounce platform.

Service use

Customers may use NilBounce to verify email addresses they are permitted to process. You are responsible for the source and lawful use of uploaded data.

Credits and billing

Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits are granted after payment confirmation. Abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations may lead to suspension.

No sending guarantee

Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee inbox placement, campaign performance, or absence of complaints. Sending decisions remain your responsibility.
